Deception Pass State Park is Washington's most popular state park. Over one million visitors and residents visit Deception Pass to explore its beautiful trails and scenic beaches, and to walk across the historic Deception Pass Bridge.

Bowman Bay is located on Fidalgo Island and offers a peaceful place for kayakers of all ages and abilities. Just outside the bay participants are treated to expansive views of Fidalgo Island and the rest of the San Juan islands.

Alex, our kayaking guide, was super kind, knowledgeable, and upbeat. We felt very safe kayaking with her. The group was nice and small with only one other couple. Very fun and unique experience!

The paddle was fun, the guide Evan was great, full of local and nature info that he shared. I would highly recommend Annacortes Kayak Tours.

Had a great time even though it was raining. We definitely plan to go again. Mike was lovely and very efficient and clear with his instruction. We enjoyed his guiding information too of course.

We have several family joining the 1.5 hour too, but cannot all fit into the same time slot. The owner was very considerate, opened up a tour just for us so that we can all kayak together. Appreciate their consideration very much! The tour guide helped everyone with gears set up, educated us on the bay, the seaweed....overall experience is very pleasant!

We set up a sunset and bioluminescence trip for several of my new colleagues after moving in to the area - it was incredible! The weather was perfect and both the sunset and the biolum were breathtaking! The guides were friendly and informative, and did a great job keeping such a large group together. They're not kidding when they say no experience required, although they brought out the triples for our group and it helped that some of us had a little paddling experience. Will definitely do again, and can't wait to try one of their longer tours!

Great 1.5 hour trip. Our guide John was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the trip. Only hoped we could have seen something like a seal or some type of wildlife. Was mainly scenic

We had an amazing time on the trip. Easy check in process and out to the water, especially as we had kayaked before. LOVED having a kayak with a rudder, a first for us, and made steering so much easier. Alex was a great guide and had so many facts for us, as well as great recommendations for the rest of our trip in the area. Our tour group was 6 and Alex did a good job of letting each couple go at their own pace and rotate between checking on on all of us. The group ahead of us was quite large through so that would be my only hesitation if the groups got too big.

We loved this kayak tour! We were new to sea kayaking but the 1.5hr family-friendly tour was just as easy as described. Our guide Ryan was very knowledgeable, showing us the local marine and wildlife, and the views were wonderful. Would definitely go again!

We recently went as a family on the Quickie kayak tour and all of us agree that it was a great experience! I accidentally booked the tour the day before our intended date and although they had to take a small fee for the inconvenience, they were very accommodating. They were able to book us for a date and time we wanted. Being novices, the tour guide was able to teach us the basics and also talked to us about whatever we observed in the water. He also eased our fears about anything that could go wrong along the way and was patient with us as we were learning. Overall, I highly recommend reserving a spot if you’re ever in the Anacortes area!
