I did not check in. I tested positive for Covid a few days before my trip, so I called and cancelled my reservation. I was somewhat rudely informed by someone from the hotel staff that a refund was not possible unless I cancelled five days before. I was not informed of this when I booked the room, nor could I cancel five days before because of when I tested positive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Tubing the Wisconsin river was so relaxing, exactly what our group needed. Thank you Hawks Nest Outfitters. Kartway was so much fun with the miniature golf, go carts and bumper boats , it took me back to my childhood. The shopping was great Cre8 tshirt shop was friendly and Courteous. The dinning was amazing, we highly recommend The Kickback Grill great staff with lunch with an awesome view. Wouldn’t have been complete without ice cream at Peanuts ice cream shop.
