The staff was courteous and helpful from checking in until checking out. The facility was clean and well run. This was my second stay at Dover that the pool wasn’t available. The on-site restaurants were fairly priced and the food was excellent. The Prime Steakhouse was excellent.

I'm not visiting Dover as a traveler or vacationer. I am here because I had a house fire and I needed someplace to stay while my house was cleaned. If I were going to move, Dover is one of the places I would consider moving to.

Staff was very good. Accommodations were adequate but because of Covid regulations we did not have sheets or towels changed the second night. Housekeeping delivered fresh towels upon our request. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. TV was good. Steak restaurant and Italian restaurant were very good. Staff was pleasant also. Couldn't get on gambling machines until 8:00 a.m. each day. Machine servers were hard to find until after noon. Had to pay for coffee before 8:30 a.m. Not all the cafes were open.

Dover is beautiful and we will definitely return. It is easy to get around by car and it is very safe and quiet. If you want excitement, you can always travel to one of the other towns. It is also very near to lots of beaches.

Nice facility fairly decent location amenities were as expected,, the only thing that concerns me is I use the booking app to book my room they showed and quoted me a price when I checked out I noticed that the bill was $12 more than what was quoted not that $12 matters but it's the principle I don't see why and how they can say that it's $12 more than what it was quoted

The room had everything we could have needed and was well maintained the beds were so comfortable and the sheets clean and soft. Everything in the bathroom worked and was well maintained. There were enough outlets for charging our phones and plugging in the kids things for the night. The breakfast was yucka but they did try with brown bags and drinks. People were nice enough and there was a pool but TINY. Again well maintained. The whole place was kept well just off the highway just enough for a stop
