Accor is proud to introduce Australia’s first National Silly Sock Day on 25 November 2025, a heartwarming new initiative aimed at supporting women and children escaping domestic violence. In collaboration with DV Collective, this annual event will raise essential funds for domestic violence shelters across the country.
The funds will directly contribute to placing additional beds in shelters and expanding crucial services that help victims of domestic violence rebuild their lives. The launch coincides with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and the start of the global 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
